SEB’s International Trainee Programme
This programme is all about bringing in exceptional talent to help us disrupt, transform, and lead our business in the future. There is tremendous change happening in banking connected to technology, regulations, and customer needs, so we need to be quick on our feet and challenge ourselves daily to remain at the top of our industry throughout this competitive journey.
SEB is a large, complex international company, so our programme is designed to give you a broad and immersive introduction to working across such an organisation. All participating trainees are offered a specific job role and belong to a home unit for the duration of the programme. The programme, including roughly 20 positions across Sweden and a few international sites, starts in September and runs for 9 months.
General requirements
You should be in the final year of your academic degree in Finance, Economics, IT, Engineering, Behavioral Science or equivalent, and you must be fluent in written and spoken English. You should have some work experience and/or experience acquired through leading projects. Extra-curricular work within, for example, customer service or other service areas and studying/working abroad is relevant. You should be an EU citizen or have a Swedish work permit.
